This salve was born of overworked muscles that needed quick relief and it helped! It is a combination of

• Sweet birch (Betula lenta) for it’s analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antirheumatic properties,
• goldenrod (Solidago canadensis)  for soothing and healing strained and even torn muscles,
• Saint John’s/Joan’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and ability to ease nervous and muscular pain.

These locally harvested plants were individually infused into grapeseed oil and later combined  and mixed with hand-rendered local beeswax to form a salve.
