Hedera helix, is a magical plant, growing almost fast enough for us to watch it reach and wander upward! We like this plant well enough to have included Helix in one of our children’s names.

Some historical uses for this saponin rich, glossy, and tenacious plant include homeopathic doses for hydrocephalus, rickets, skin irritations, and most consistently, respiratory infections and coughs.

We mainly use our friend helix for deep, pleghmy coughs for it’s bronchiodilating and expectorant actions.

Ingredients:

• Hedera helix leaf
• Distilled water
• Grain alcohol
• Organic vegetable glycerin

Suggested use:

Take one dropper under tongue at first sign of respiratory infection or as needed for cough
