Verbascum thapsus is one of my favorite plants! Useful from head to toe (flower to root), this striking plant has a thriving community on one of our sunnier hills.

Mullein root can lubricate creaky, “dry” joints and ease some spinal pain, especially in one’s lower back. It can also be used to support ones urinary tract.
