This kit includes everything you need to grow your own sprouts at home!

A wide mouth quart jar, sprouting lid, seeds, and instructions.

Current seed options:

• alfalfa
• red clover
• broccoli
• radish
• kale
• Lentil
• mung bean
• Spicy mix (radish, kale, mustard)
• Custom mixes

Let us know what variety you would like to grow in the order notes.

Sprouting instructions:

Rinse seeds in clean water, drain through lid and refill with enough water to completely cover all seeds, for larger seeds, fill the jar nearly to the top.

Let soak for 8-12 hours

After soaking period, drain water, rinse seeds, and drain again.

Rinse seeds at least twice a day and leave the sprouter upside down to drain in between rinsing. Continue until your sprouts have grown to your liking (4-7 days)

Rinse and drain well before refrigerating in a closed container. You can add a paper towel to absorb extra water and rinse every several days for extended shelf-life.
