The heat last week seemed to be to much for our current round of shiitakes, so we will only have a limited amount available by preorder.

We found a large fallen oak with an abandoned beehive, so we rendered a bit of wild beeswax! It is a deeper golden-orange than any other wax I have used and seems pretty special- it is currently in our itch-ease salve and will make it into the next one I put together as well.

I may be finishing our new “Supremely Green Oxymel” this week, made with wheatgrass, sunflower and radish microgreens, organic acv, and Sugar Hollow goldenrod honey. We will also have a new batch of”Grassy Roots Oxymel” ready.

Please order by Wednesday for pickup at the Cumberland market on Thursday or free home delivery on Friday.
