Good Morning everyone!

We are entering flower season, which is always pleasant, if a bit hot. Our biggest update is that Mark passed his mushroom safety exam! We will have plenty of shiitakes ready to be harvested now through Wednesday as well as a few pints of beautiful gray dove oysters ready now. If you are interested in the oyster mushrooms, let us know right away, so we can figure out getting them to you while they are at their best! Some of our shiitakes last week got a little banged up in transit, so if yours were subpar, just let us know and we’ll give you a credit or adjust otherwise.

I will be mixing up a rash salve this week for all things itchy, including poison ivy. I’m keeping it pretty simple, and it will include jewel weed, chickweed, and plantain; I’m still finalizing the recipe, so it might have mild adjustments.
