March finds us with mushrooms on our minds

We have been busy redoing our “shroom room,” improving our growing methods, and working out a schedule, in an effort to have mushrooms regularly in the near future.

We have our first trial run of blue oysters growing in the new fruiting chamber now and we will know by Wednesday if we have enough to sell of this first flush

We have plenty of syrups, oxymels, tinctures, and salves as well as the following microgreens:

Broccoli
Cilantro
Spicy mix
