We are shifting our focus from the quiet of winter roots and enjoying the enticingly active migration towards the spring sun, poking around the holler to see which sprouts are swelling or shoots emerging. I truly enjoy winter, but spring is always exciting!

We just made a new anti-fungal salve with:

Black walnut hull
Cloves
Lavender flower
Infused in grapeseed oil
Honey moon beeswax

This can be useful for fungal, bacterial, and candida infections.
